They made it a habit to announce routes, sell tickets, then cancel the routes and not refund the money. My flights were scheduled for August 2019, now it is December. I got one of my tickets refunded after filing a formal complaint with the supervising government body, the second ticket still hasn't been refunded and by now neither RoyalAir nor the consumer protection agency are replying anymore.
