Don’t Believe the Flyer

I also got a flyer promising a $100 visa gift card. When I called to find out when I would receive it they said oh that offer is no longer available! Since when!! I just got another flyer in the mail promising the same thing. So if it's no longer available why are they still sending out flyers stating the same thing!!!!
