This company is one person deep, although Its website would lead you to believe otherwise. It is very misleading. On the surface he appears to be very capable, but then one realizes that he is only in it to figure out how many hours he can bill you for being at your site - whether he is working or not or just simply sipping your coffee. He chases work heavily from other small consulting firms in search of one-off assignments to keep him fed while he chases other larger government work (how he can do that with no actual employees on the payroll and demonstarte critical mass to execute without using contractors is very puzzling) and then he expects to be paid on a schedule that would mirror a larger company's payroll cycle (every two weeks) and not based on your time sheet, but his own - whether you are happy with the workproduct that he is doing for you or not - indicating that maybe he doesn't have the ability to float projects and will need payment immediately. He was assigned the most basic of projects and turned into a project that was roughly 2x the budget. Be careful if you don't want to lose money on your work. He expects payment the day he is done with work - whether the work is done to your standards as a client or not, or whether it has to be completed correctly after he is gone. Basically, he comes in and tells you how it is going to be when working with him and you are simply supposed to live with it. It appears to be the epitome of someone that is a technician sufferring from an entrepreneurial seizure. He will need for you to produce work for him to feed him, so remember that. Just beware that the wrapper on this one isn't indicative of the contents and that no opne person is an expert at everything (that's why there are actual staffed firms out there to use).......
