During the years Brad Bowman was a business partner with Donald French Jr. whom i never met personally. All business was handled with BRAD BOWMAN> In late 2006-7=8. I was convinced to hand over $10050.00 to Brad Bowman for property investments,and pre, construction investments, all in Fl. on 3 homes under construction, that would give me a return of 100% the following year. It was called a pre-construction investment. The problem is that i have never seen one penny of my investment. That was my entire retirement. Now i am living from one SS check to the next.
