Lets add to this post... Made arrangements for movers.. After getting verbal quote.. The driver made a mistake on the invoice and entered a starting time that never existed. I was charged double the amount instead of what was quoted. After making several attempts to contact management via phone calls and emails.. Nobody had returned my call to correct and credit my account. The driver upon completion of the move told me that I couldn't see the final charges until it was submitted to their office and that when I realized they made an error which no one is willing to fix.. Do not do business with altitude!!! They are a ripoff company. If this happens to you, You should contact your credit card provider, file a complaint with the bbb and if that doesn't correct the problem next step social media, bbb, and small claims court!!! Don't give up justice is on your side!!!
