Update by user Dec 29, 2019 NOT resolved. They did contact but said the same thing. We gave you $200 on ship credit, which is a slap in the face They can change or delete ANY ports. It was NOT weather related. It was THEIR ship fire so they didn't have enough power. THEIR mistake and we lose our dream trip, getting to the Greek Islands They DON"T CARE!!! Original review posted by user Nov 27, 2019 Didn't tell us until we got on the ship that because of issues we wouldn't be going to the Greek Islands,,,EVERYONE was shocked because that is the reason we all booked. We finally found out that there was an engine fire the night before we left!!! So the engines didn't have enough power to get ot the island!!!! They got OUR MONEY, we DIDN"T get our dream trip. They gave us $100 on board credit. that was almost a slap in the face. Food was poor. Not enough to do on the ship that didn't cost money. Long lines everyday to get a claim form. But, no one got anything back. They can do as they want.
