Don’t send your stuff to Phobio!

I was given one quote for my iMac computer and was initially happy with it because I was going to put a good chunk of it to purchase a laptop. I had a bad feeling already with the company because it wasn’t apple who I was sending my stuff to. So I decided to look up reviews. I saw a lot of bad reviews and got even more concerned. So I called apple and they talked it over with me and calmed a bit of my concerns and said they would work with me if anything went wrong. And boy did it! Once they recieved my iMac, they offered less than half of what the originally quoted. So I asked them to send it back. I did make the mistake and send it my keyboard and mouse(apparently you’re not “supposed” to do that) but I thought with them being worth $180, I could get more value for my stuff. They “obliged” me and sent me back a set, but they aren’t mine and don’t even work! After sending them an email, they told me they won’t be sending another. Also whenever I would call, both extensions went to voicemail. And whenever I left a message I never got a call back! And if I just waited on the line for a representative, it would just hang up on me. Apple seriously need to reconsider its partnership with this company. I am so beyond frustrated!
