Don’t rely on customer service support

This is not regarding a bike, but since your customer service phone agents keep putting me back in queue and then answering without speaking, leaving me on hold with silence on the other end, I thought I would try this way. This is about our BMW X6 6v battery. The battery I have does not match your owners manual, neither does the area to charge the battery. There is no charger port at the bottom of the front seats edge as explained in the manual. I spoke to 1 female representative on the phone who said it was weird the port isn’t there, asked me to take pictures of the car to send to her and then she hung up as I was retrieving them. I called back several times and was left on hold each time. All I want is to figure out how to charge this car. Huffy is a long standing company, I would guess huffy would expect more from it’s employees. I hope I can get some help with my issue without having to escalate the situation.
