I bought stuffs online for over 2 years. And this is the frist time I bought gold online, which is invisible, but in-game delivery. Before I ordered, I went to their livechat to check the stock. The customer representative told me that they did not have stock at that time, but they will arrange it for me. And it would only take less than 2 hours. Then gave me a 4% discount. I would say their customer service was really nice. I felt good. But after 2 hours. I still have not got what I ordered. So, I went to their livechat again. They told me that they appologize for the delay. But if I can give them another 30 minutes, they can finish the deal. But if I do not want to wait, they can cancel my order and refund me. Actually, I received the gold less than 30 minutes. I really appreciate that. But I do not want to any longer as they gold me earlier.
