Don’t fall for it

They are very nice when signing up BUT then I try to file a claim and they are SO rude. They just try and wear you down so that youll just give up. Absolutely the worst. So glad I only got taken for 3 months. They denied claims but never received any EOBs. I did stop calling after going in between the hospital and them 5 times each. But just for today. Will still be pursuing my right to payment. I just didnt want to completely ruin my day off. BEWARE
