3/14/19 I called & ordered 3 parts for kenmore vacuum, was told In stock, but would be almost 2 weeks before shipped! 3 months later called & said they were on backorder!! Then months later was told they had to find someone to basically make them!! Right at a Year later, Still nothing!!! Had I known that it’s a 3rd party ( My daughter used to own local Sears store) you have to go thru, and Sears is not responsible, I would never have ordered & paid for!!!
