In Nov of 2018. I was excited about getting my new closet design. I should have been weiry of the 2 rescheduled appointments the made just to get a designer to come out. Excuses!! But of course I had my 50% off coupon I wanted to use. Mostly happy to have a professional come out to install my new closet. Well the appt was set for 12/31/2018. Installers came, they told me I didn’t purchase any backing. I was lost for a moment If you ever looked in their catalogs all photos have a backing. I didn’t want them to start if the finish results were not what I expected. They called a manager. Who said you signed a agreement. If I want to add a backing it will cost about $600 more and you have to wait another 30 days. I surely wouldn’t agree to dark wood and leaving my white walls to be exposed. The worse was they were not to work out another plan. Without a backing it won’t have a professional that I expected.
