Don’t buy this product! No service for easily broken parts.

I have been trying for months to get a switch fixed for a Natuzzi Editions double recliner we received as a hand me down. The switch has broken or become disconnected. And as it is enclosed, I’m not comfortable trying to access the switch to fix it myself. I’ve been trying to contact ANYONE to help. But this company is constantly giving me the runaround! Always passing the buck and asking the same questions thru emails that I’d already answered in previous threads. They must think it’s a game to see how long they can go with out helping solve your problem. They finally gave me a local technician number. I call it and all the seven prompts ask to press a button for every possible thing...except how to get service for a new issue! WTF? So I pressed zero, and some girl answers, I tell her I need service, she puts me on hold and it sends me to voicemail. Jesus! For real? What does it take to get service for these couches? Anyone else out there know how to fix their switches? I know it’s not a motor problem because I can reach under the couch and touch the lead and it will work. It’s just a switch for Christ sake! Anyone?
