I bought a vu50 card reader three years ago the last couple of weeks now it has been locking up I have changed the batteries and still the same problem I called the company and if it’s more than 12 months out and no receipt your out of luck I wish company’s would stand behind their products look what Toyota company did they spent millions fixing their trucks I will never buy Wild game products again
