I paid extra for express shipping as it said I would have my order on Christmas Eve and then I looked at the tracking information and it shows its not being delivered until two days after Christmas Eve and its being shipped via ups ground. I want a refund on what I paid for express shipping. You have no way of calling and the customer service on line are worthless and keep sending the same Q&;;;;;;A over and over. I want a refund on the shipping I paid for but didnt get.
