Don’t buy an Audi R8 v10 too many system failures

I own two r8,s. One 2014 coupe and one 2019 spider v10. This summer with less than 6k km my car going at 140 km/ hr had adriver system failure and locked the wheel and shut down on the highway. I had to call a tow through roadside assistance and ask and pay another tow truck company to protect me on the highway with flashing lights until help would come. Took the car in to Audi downtown toronto in canada and they held it for a couple of weeks and said it was a glitch. They wanted to put a few hundred Km of testing on the car and I told them it was okay as long as they would compensate me for it as the car is leased with limited km. They told me it was a glitch and it would not happen again. I was to receive paperwork and some type of compensation for the few weeks I could not take my car to my summer home and that never happened. I was also to receive an email stating what the problem was, that it would not happen again and that the car was safe to drive. I picked up th e car and drove directly to my lakeside home and things were okay but I never received documents or an email. I received a call from Audi canada telling me that since I refused to let them test drive my car, They could not guarantee anything. This was confirmed by their manager of service as having been false. They did test the car. They put kilometres on the car and I was never compensated. Marc the manager in service said, dont worry they dont know what we did and all is okay. I have a long history with Audi and vw. I started driving a vw beetle and then an a4, the. A5 and a8 (got this for my father) and then r8 coupe and r8 spyder both of the latter I have now. The day I was called in after months of waiting and delays in delivery if my r8 spyder to finally pick it up, the car had scratches on it and the order was wrong. The manager alex at the time had the car fixed and the wings changed to fibreglass and made it good. With the first r8 we had issues with Audi uptown having not changed my tyres that were flat in the back ( I had insurance for this) and just patching them without plugs and telling me that they changed two to brand new tyres, before a training race weekend . Thankfully it was discovered by my mechanic after I had an emergency and had to change my race date, and then took the car in the world tee for winter tyre replacement . This could ah e Ben very dangerous had I made it to my race weekend. I switched to Audi downtown after that. I had my coupe r8 service: another time due to smoke coming out of the engine after Audi did a detail on the exposed engine behind the coupe hatch glass. They took the car in, they kept it a while and then told me nothing was wrong. Really??!!! Every service call has been not good and now my car just shut down again two weeks ago and the manager called me back once, but never followed up. I can never reach him as he is always busy. He doesnt answer emails As it seems that verbal Phone calls are preferred. I almost have to threaten to do a review or post an online complaint before they call me back. I have two of Audis highest end cars and Im a very unhappy and disappointed client. My car goes into driver system failure! And they cannot find out why. A glitch again. The quality of Audi has diminished and the service is nothing short of empty promises and lack of customer care. Sad. I actually really love this car and cannot get the performance I expected from it. Time to change as Audi will not. I heard some of the cars with the turbo have the same type of failure. No one cares within the organization and it is universal to all. Customer service people talk with attitudes as if calling them is a bother. Tells me a lot about the company.
