Don’t bother paying for engraving….

I ordered a men’s bracelet and requested engraving on both sides. The first bracelet I received (yes, I said the first) had exactly what I requested on the front. I then flip it over only to find it blank! Call up customer service where they apologized and said the would send another right away. Fast forward 6 more days..I receive the second bracelet. Upon immediate inspection, it’s not correct AGAIN! Now the front is blank and the back is engraved. Call customer service yet again and I’m being apologized to once more and assured that the correct bracelet will be made and sent to me right away...day 5 and here I wait....
