Horrible experience. Dogs there a week. Came back both having lost 2 pounds (medium sized dogs), with diarrhea. One had dried *** on leg and open wound on foot. One side of dog filthy. (Both had had baths three days before checkin.) Food I brought under-used. Treats I brought over-used. Medication not given appropriately, although specific directions given. Went straight to my vet where I weighed dogs. One dog had fever and something in ear. Area scratched raw. Dog could not put weight on one hind leg. Had to have antibiotics, leg wrapped, and ear drops.$60 + vet bill. Dogs lethargic and dehydrated (beyond tiredness from normal play.) Feverish Attendants had said no problems, were fine that morning. Before checkin, was assured that dogs were observed all the time. On check out, attendant very vague about quantity and quality of observation. Have tried twice to contact owner. Calls not returned. Attendant says owner is rarely on the place. Do not bring your dogs here. Website makes place look great. Reality is different.
