Dog clippers NOT received

I ordered and paid for the Quiet Clippers for my dog 58 days ago and have NOT RECEIVED my order yet! I checked the China Post tracking number and it claims to still be in China! I will not be ordering anything else from this site and Im contacting my charge card company! User's recommendation: Don’t deal with PETTACO.
