Doesn’t work – no refund

I'm not a computer expert but can get around usually well enough and had a 2 year agreement with Cyberghost which worked OK. So I took on a 3 year contract in November last year and the app. has never worked properly and since November until now I have been working with them to try to get it going but without success and so I never asked for a refund within the 45 days period because I thought they'd solve the problem for me. They've tried to help me with it but without success and I am now not prepared to continue trying any further. Now they refuse to offer me any refund as it's outside the 45 days and the reason I didn't apply for a refund at the proper time is given above. I do think that in these special circumstances that they ought to offer me something but I am going to stop bashing my head against a brick wall and just forget it. User's recommendation: Don't bother but if you do make sure that if it doesn't work you get out whilst you can get a refund quickly get a refund whilst you can.
