Anytime Storage in Eau Claire Wi. doesn't send invoices and charges a 25 late fee. They were busy buying two other storage companies and didn't send an invoice from May to July, we received one invoice the third week of July for June July and August payments that were normally only 37.00 only this invoice had a 25 late fee for each month. We called and the mailbox was full. My only guess is they did this to many. I talked to the owner and have filed an official complaint however, now that I've told her I filed a complaint. Again no invoice for the month of August. We are moving our things out. Consumer beware. They have figured out a gret way to rip off simple people trying to make a living. If there is anyone out there that has had the same thing please file an official complaint.
