Doesn’t honor their payment arrangements

Aug of 2017 we moved out of state from MO. We had a balance due from our residence due to our budget plan we had set up since 2014. I called Ameren in Aug 17 to set up a monthly payment plan to pay the balance off. Everything was good so I thought....... Today 02/15/18...
