Doesn’t honor it’s agreements

My husband had to be transfered from Grants Pass, Or to Medford, OR on 12/03/19. We subscribe to Glendale Ambulance and they have an agreement with AMR and other ambulance sevices so that we should not have had to pay for the service. Our insurance covered their part properly. I was told by AMR rep that Glendale Ambulance needed to send them the information so that the other part was covered. The gentleman at Glendale Ambulance sent the info to them 3 times. His fax machine indicated that the fax had been received but conveniently for AMR they never received any of them. I ended up paying the $700+ bill so they would not send me to collections. Their customer service is attrocious. Nothing is really their problem.
