I was excited to use this product at first. Then when I used it, it didn't foam up at all! I tried it again and added more scoops and still barely reacted under the surface of the water. Refund is half of what you pay as they want the customer to pay for the shipping and not refund for the box that you tried. I will be sharing my experience with everyone I talk with. There was no hassle to get half of my money back, I'm quite sure they experience this quite often. Disappointed Customer!!!! User's recommendation: PASS ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!
