I have ordered MULTIPLE times from wigtypes with absolutely no problem until now. The wigs ALWAYS came on time, if not even DAYS early, they came exactly as pictured, and expected too! This time however, I ordered, they took the money from my account, and then I never received a shipping/tracking email. My order also doesn't even show until my email address. Thank fully, I paid through paypal, and so I can dispute it and get my money back. I have sent emails, and I also have called multiple times only to be told "no one is available" and also "you cant leave a message because this isn't monitored" and then hung up on. Also, their "live chat" doesn't exist, and doesn't work and guess what? No on is available for that either! I am ridiculously disappointed because I have never EVER had this problem with them before and I've order 5+ times, but I guess being a loyal customer doesn't matter. Their customer support STINKS. I PURPOSELY needed the wig by a certain date because I am traveling. All the shipping options said it would be here by that date, and on top of that the item qualified for same day shipping so I just KNEW it would be here and it never showed. Absolutely not. Pass on this site. I highly recommend divatress or sams beauty. Their customer support is way better, they keep their word, and actually SEND YOU your product and don't ignore you. Wigtypes can queue up instagram, facebook and twitter posts but can't answer anything. I even messaged on facebook. No reply. Seriously. Skip them. I'm not joking. If you were looking for a sign NOT to order from this site, this is exactly it.
