I have tried to reach customer service several times and my e-mail returns no address I downloaded the new version of hallmark which i paid for. called tech support and they could not help said i needed to update my computer I have windows 10 and last UPDATED-12-20 nOW i REMEBER why I do not use Hallmark cards
