I bought a Centex home and have seen unusual cracks on the wall and floor which may suggest structural issue. I called centex homes and did several follow up with the customer service. They referred me to a staff from pulte homes who is suppose to take a look at it. Several days later, this guy called and said that the warranty has expired even though it's still 1 year until the expiration of the warranty date. I tried several times to contact this guy and didn't respond. Centex homes does a terrible job in honoring their warranty. I would not consider buying a house from them
