Tried to book one night for my daughters birthday. Found out they had a military discount. Plugged the code in and the price went down initially. When I got all the way to checkout, the price jumped back up to the original price! I then called directly to reserve the room and asked about the military discount and the lady quoted me a higher price. I thought that was weird. I then went on a chat on the website where I was later informed that the discount is subject to room availability. Why promote a discount if it’s subject to room availability. I’m more concerned that it took me 3 times to get an answer. If I didn’t find the price weird the first time I would have purchased the room without realizing the discount wasn’t up there!
