Does Not Honor Damage Claims

I had Jeff at the UPS Store in Indiana, Pa. Package, and ship my sewing machine that I sold. It arrived damaged to the woman I sold it to. I had before and after pictures. UPS picked up and inspected the box. The outside of the box was not damaged. UPS sent the box back to the UPS Store in Indiana, Pa. It was the inside that was improperly packed. The machine is broken and still sitting at the UPS store. They will not honor my claim. I paid the extra insurance and they will not honor it or even give my shipping charges back. They just ignore me and won't do anything. I don't know who to talk to, or what to do. I filed a claim via phone. (It took hours to get to someone) they said that Jeff never even opened a claim. So, I opened it myself. I paid $123.33 for Shipping Handling and Insurance. I sold the machine for $327 I purchased $400 worth of Insurance. Jeff told me that UPS will not honor the claim, so he will not. My machine sits there and I am out close to $500. That may not mean much to you but it is HUGE to me. I am on a fixed income. Which is why I sold my sewing machine to begin with. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE UPS STORE to pack and ship anything of value. They do onot honor claims.
