I had the same bad experience as Keanu had with this webshop: ordered a Roman coin replica more than 3 weeks ago and paid with PayPal. No delivery at all, so contacted by email to inquire information about the orderstatus. Guess what: after several days still no reply. Second mail inquiry I stated a deadline to respond before next day's evening. If not, I would drop a complaint at PayPal. Guess what: still no reply. Well, dropped a complaint at PayPal. And guess what: within a day Antiquanova paid back. In my opinion I guess they can't manage a webshop, perhaps by under employment or whatever. Bottomline should be: if you are not qualified to run a webshop: Stay. Away. From. It. After more than 20 years of buying lots of stuff online without any problem, this was the first time I almost felt scammed. Stay away from their webshop.
