I have attempted MULTIPLE times to contact Cast It Talent vie their online contact form, their Facebook page and through the FORGOT PASSWORD link...for well over a week. I missed an important audition upload because no one has ever gotten back with me. I attempted to use the FORGOT PASSWORD link a dozen or more times. Each time I clicked on it...it created a pop up that let me know I would get a password reminder/reset via email. I NEVER GOT IT...and YES...I checked my SPAM. There is apparently no telephone number I could find. I have tried and tried and tried to contact them...even tried to upgrade to their very expensive monthly fee...just so I could upload the audition I desperately needed to upload. You can do anything at all without a password...and you can't get anyone to contact you to fix your password. VERY SUCKY!!!
