DODGE….NEVER AGAIN!

I will NEVER EVER EVER get a DODGE again. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I leased a 2014 Caravan brand new that I have not had for even 2 1/2 years yet. The transmission went out. I had it towed to Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park, CA. The service manager David had it for 2 days before even looking at it. In those 2 days I was not offered a loaner (was told they don't have them there) or a rental and had to borrow a family members car which inconvenienced them. All the time I was still paying on my lease but had no car. On the third day, a Friday of the 4th of July weekend, he tells me I can get a rental. I cannot get to the car rental place until 3pm because I work. Can you imagine the cluster that was? There was nothing to choose from and I ended up with a very tall truck. Problem was...I am a single working mom of three young kids who had to not only transport the little ones, but also my ill father and his care giver who all had to climb in and squish together in a truck. Throughout the week I kept calling and asking when will my car be ready. I was told there were some ahead of mine and they did not know when. I was also told by David that Chrysler will only pay for a rental for 5 days. I said fine, then have my car fixed and ready in that 5 days...it was not. I returned the car rental last night because David said he had a loaner I could use. So I dropped off the rental and picked up the loaner. The loaner is not only older than me, it is dirty, had trash in it, less than a quarter of a tank of gas, and makes awful noises as I drive it. I commented about this to David and he said that was all he had for a loaner. Today marks 2 weeks that I have not had my car and according to David, they are still ordering parts and there are 4 transmissions they are working on ahead of mine. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! If Dodge prides itself on customer service then they should be hiding their logo under a huge rock. Although David was polite in his words, he obviously has been lying to me. The dealerships name "Dependable Dodge has clearly not stood up to its name. I am highly upset about all of this. I have NEVER missed a payment on my lease or have been late and this is the treatment I get? I called customer service to speak to someone and was told there is no supervisor or manager to speak to. I can tell the person on the phone my complaint and get a call back at another time. Great, that took me far. I will share my story with EVERYONE and highly discourage people from Dodge. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
