i am enrolled in auto refill. Multi time i was contacted to tell me the refill request was denied by my Dr. after a call to Dr. he told me that was untrue. Problem is they wait till the week before the script needs refill to do anything about a new script. Auto refill has left me and my mothers pill case empty at times and a trip to local for a hold over dose. I fell on deaf ears with the help at escript. They said to get off auto fill and call on my own prior to the empty bottle for the new script refills. So much for a auto refill program. It's great if you don't want the pills. Multi times blamed the Dr. and was all a lie. I will check back to local for the meds we need. Express script gets a large thumbs DOWN from me.
