DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE OF MIKAL (HOTTSHOTTAZ, INC)

The owner of HOTTSHOTTAZ, INC, (Mikal Keel) is a unprofessional business man with LACK OF TALENT MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF TRUST. He paid an employee their salary then immediately voided/cancelled the check after the employee deposited the check into their account, having the person assess Fees by their bank . Mikal did not inform or communicate through the proper channels as a Business Owner/Manager while COMMITTING THIS MALICIOUS ACT BEHIND HIS employee back. Mikal showed no Integrity, no respect and was not Honest BY ACTING IN A COWARD MANNER. Mikal has done this to a lot of former employees! Mikal Keel FAILED to communicate as a professional business Owner/ Manager in which he will DO THE SAME TO HIS CUSTOMERS! This kind of action will AFFECT and TOXIC his contracts with his CUSTOMERS and his future and current employees. Mikal Keel works his employees 15-18 hours a day with no days off which in fact may violate the Department of Transportation Law. Mikal forces his drivers to deliver packages to customer's home after Midnight which puts his employees at risk and danger. Mikal has his employees sign a BOGUS AND FUZZY CONTRACT AGREEMENT that he is using against his employees with CHEAP LABOR! Mikal always promise and entice his employees with Great Pay but he failed to follow through on his promises!! Mikal Keel Bullies his employees, he has Poor Leadership SKILLS, Poor Integrity, Lack of Accountability, Poor Communication Skills, Doesn’t show appreciation or give recognition to employees, Unavailable or avoids tough conversations, Lacks humility or self-awareness, Manages with fear, not fairness, Over-Stress/Over Work his employees and Doesn’t live up to workplace values! Don’t let MIKAL take advantage of YOU by pushing Risk and UNSAFE Responsibilities on you while keeping the benefits for HIMSELF! It is VERY important to talk to a lawyer in GEORGIA BEFORE WORKING FOR HOTTSHOTTAZ, INC who is familiar with employment law! Sometimes employers wrongly classify employees as independent contractors. This can create problems for the misclassified employees for a number of reasons. First, by classifying an employee as an independent contractor, HOTTSHOTTAZ, INC can avoid paying certain payroll taxes that would otherwise have to be paid for the employee. The employee (now independent contractor) is suddenly responsible for paying those taxes.
