We started working with finance of America at least with 6 weeks ago . This is a refinance of our tenant occupied condo . We are doing a refi to put as a down payment for a another rental property and to buy a franchise of a commercial cleaning business. Everyday , the 2 underwriters were asking for multiple paperwork , making my husband and I look like fools and we have stupid written on our forehead . Finally , tonight we got an email from one of the underwriter clowns that we might not get the refinancing even if we have our condo as a collateral . Never again - they will Put your lives in a roller coaster and would make you feel incompetent .these 2 underwriter clowns have a very narcissistic Napoleonic complex User's recommendation: Don’t deal with these clowns.
