I HAD 11 DAYS LEFT OF MY SUBSCRIPTION AND WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF GETTING MY FILES BACK, THEY WERE RUNNING OK FOR 2 DAYS BUT DID NOT FINISH, MY COMPUTER FROZE, I CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND THEY SAID I NEEDED TO BUY ANOTHER YR SUBSCRIPTION TO CONTINUE, I TOLD THEM THAT WAS BLACKMAIL...THE FILES THAT I GOT BACK, SEVERAL WOULD NOT OPEN AND I WOULD NOT PAY UNTIL I SEE THE QUALITY OF FILES I RECEIVED, SO I CANCELED THEM...
