$199 was quoted for full house cleaning. They would not quote the price of refrigerator and windows prior to arrival. Upon arrival I was quoted $250 additional for windows and refrigerator cleaning. It was clear this was an extremely high quote...but feeling pressured, I agreed. However, after the team left, I found that none of the windowsills had been cleaned, nor the top windows....even though we paid this exorbitant amount for window cleaning. The guest bathroom was only partially cleaned, the mirrors were still dirty and streaky. No dusting had been done in this bath and the soap dispenser had not been touched. Although we paid extra for the refrigerator, the outside of the refrigerator had not been touched. The stairs were not vacuumed. The kitchen counter was only partially cleaned. There is dust on the toaster oven, nothing on counter was moved to clean under and under the toaster oven was not cleaned. The dusting in the master bedroom was not complete. The ledge around the stairs was not touched. All the vacuum trash was dumped directly into the trash can without a bag and was also dumped on the floor. Because we we weren't aware of that the vacuum dust/dirt was tracked back through the house. THE LIST GOES ON. If I had paid for a basic clean, I might be ok to settle....but this was $450. Honestly, we were scammed.
