Vendor did not provide upfront costs that would be billed. Gave a price and continued to add-on. Promised four-hour installation of a new garage door opener install. Failed. Took seven days and escalated to the owner to complete the install --At another charge. Poor work quality, sloppy installation, and poor communication. Did not come prepared with working tools and parts. Did not know components were missing for the garage door opener to function correctly. Believed it was ok to leave with the install rattling and vibrating during use. Drilled *** and added brackets into our brand new garage door. Is not BBB Accredited. First installer did not seem to know what he was doing. First installer did not know what pricing was being billed and the cost of "necessary" parts. Did not compensate us for poor quality install and delays. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR EVER.
