We used this company to help us get a loan to buy our first home. All went well. Once purchased, our home was sold to a larger mortgage company, which we knew this would happen. ALmost six months later, America Homekey contacted us and said that our present mortgage company contacted them wanting a copy or my husbands divorce papers from his firs marriage. We asked why and agin was told the mortgage company wanted it. We contacted the mortgage company and they said that they had all the information that they needed. If they needed any more information from us that they would ask for it and not by phone. When my husband called America HomeKey back and told him what was said they put him on hold and never returned. Do not use this company. Go elsewhere.
