BBVA Compass has not been well with me, their customer service representatives are very rude. The wait time for total loss division is horrible. If the rep does not understand, the rep hangs up on customer. I paid in my total loss vehicle and apparently BBVA has me iver 90 days past due which is affecting my ability to get another vehicle. The vehicle was paid off by my insurance and gap administer but BBVA are insisting on payments from me. If their lines are being recorded for training purposes, the majority of the customer service reps should be terminated for rudeness and unprofessionalism. My credit score has been impacted tremendously because of the former. BBVA does not conduct business in a fair manner and should be investigated for unethical and bias practices.
