Do not use their Electronic Funds Transfer system

Last year I had to play phone tag because of an insufficient funds payment. The reason for the fee was legitimate, but every phone call after that was a different story and a different fee amount. When I would then have insufficient funds in my account because I was told a certain fee was dropped I would then have to pay more fees on top of the original. This year they're claiming to have requested the funds automatically from my bank account, but my bank has no record of that attempt. When I explained this to Titan their solution was to pay a replacement payment of the same amount to cover this month in the event that their request comes back "insufficient funds", but I'll still have to pay the insufficient funds fee. Do not use their Electronic Funds Transfer system.
