I play the Quick Hit Slots Casino and I buy coins but I never buy more than the $9.99 offer. On 11/8 I was charged $26.99 for a purchase that was supposedly made at 3:11 am when I was sleeping. I asked Google Play for a refund but it's against their policy. I never got the coins they charged me for either so what is going on here? I tried reaching out to the developers and they could't help me, suggested I reach out to the company that charged me but Phantom EFX didn't have a website or phone number for me to call. I would like a refund of the $26,99.
