Mark charged $628.00 to inspect the house I wanted to purchase. He did a very poor job. He had a lengthy conversation before the inspection with the Seller's agent at the street before inspecting the house. He ignored several major issues with the house even after being questioned and shown photos of the damaged areas and rot. He did not list prices or even call major problems a defect. He basically ignored everything of consequence. Upon further inspection by experts, $4600 of damage was found on the roof, $4200.00 of damage to the AC system was found, $2500.00 of damage to rotten siding, and the list goes on and on. He will not help you. He will only help the seller to sell the house - LEAVING you with thousands of dollars worth of repairs required after it is too late for you to do anything, but pay for the repairs out of pocket. I asked for a refund and I was told no, then ignored.
