Unethical company with illegal business practices. Their "service" causes penalties from the False Alarm government agency. When you try to cancel, both on hold for more than an hour on their "Customer Service" line of 877-467-****, and in writing via email, they continue charging you and threatening Past Due notices, then when you try to reach a human being (they never give their last names), they point to a contract that you've never received and that they won't provide. I usually don't post negative reviews (bad karma) but hopefully, I save you time and money (good karma). In addition, they send you harassing daily emails and phone calls, despite unsubscribing in writing and informing them of being on the Federal "Do Not Call Registry."
