Did a debt consolidation loan with them under the guise of a home equity loan. Ended up last minute not being approved for that but they could give us a 2nd mortgage. When we wanted to back out due to all the different fees, were told we would have to pay all costs they incurred to date. Ended up having to take 2nd with a year of interest only payment and then payout had all kinds of fees attached. Ended up costing us double - thousands - don’t walk - run
