XPOST IS THE MOST LOUSY, UNRESPONSIVE AND IRRESPONSIBLE COURIER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. Customer submitted the correct address but the courier service sent it to an entirely different city! Not street, not house BUT CITY!!!! My customer made the order on 24 Sept 2019 and until at this point of writing 16 Nov 2019, my customer has not received her parcel yet. XPOST push the blame to LWE. LWE and XPOST just refuse to allow me (merchant) or customer to book a new delivery. My China warehouse team has to do it. And only the China warehouse team can do it. Why the trouble? First you delivered to another WRONG CITY in Philippines and you don't care to update the seller or buyer about your mistake. I have to track the parcel myself when the buyer complained that she did not receive it after a suspiciously long period. Then you held the parcel in LWE warehouse and do not let both buyer and seller to book a new delivery. Only China warehouse can do it? But why? We have the proof of purchase and tracking IDs. Why the trouble? And you do not bother to say sorry or compensate seller and buyer. Only push the blame to LWE. While LWE just turn deaf ears. I am never using XPOST again. I might as well spend extra to get DHL. XPOST sucks and everyone knows that. I will be spreading about XPOST rotten service in all the platforms that I can reach.
