Initial set up delivery service. I had delivery scheduled for Feb 12. I called Feb 12 to see what time delivery was and I was told it was the 19th. I called the 19th they said delivery changed to 20th. I canceled my account and they said refund of 50.00 start up fee returned in 24 hours. After looking at reviews I doubt I'll ever see refund. I have informed my bank to not accept debits from Crystal springs or D's services.do not use crystal spring
