Do not use Budget

Rented a car in Omaha. Someone dinged the car in a parking lot and drive off. I was Not an at fault driver under these conditions. Rental was $130. Insurance paid for the cost of damage. Now budget is demanding an additional 6 times the Renata fee for extraneous fees. They will not provide information as to how calculated.
