I ordered a rebuild kit for a plsma tv that they never shipped. Every time i called they had an excuse and said it would ship the next day. Finally i gave up and told them to refund my money, after two weeks of complaining it showed refunded on thier website but no money was ever credited back to my account. Its been a month now and the guy is rude and hangs up when i call, if you get the voice mail it is full probly from other people complaining. Don't use them unless you have money to give away, you will not get what you ordered or your money back!!! If you did be sure to file a complait with BBB to!
