Do not subscribe to this service. It is terrible

Their techs can't get it right. TV's are down for the third time in 5 weeks. You can't get a tech out to house. It is usually 5-10 day wait. Unacceptable The try to talk you thru resetting their boxes. It is not my job to trouble shot their crap
